Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Promoting and selling arenaflex's products and services to customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including issues, resolutions, and follow-ups
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Adhering to arenaflex's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

What You'll Need:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Proficiency in English, with the ability to read, write, and speak fluently
  • Bilingual language skills are a plus in some locations
  • A valid driver's license, as required by local authorities
  • The ability to pass FAA background checks, if applicable
  • The ability to work abnormal and/or prolonged hours, including weekends and holidays
  • The ability to work on a regular and timely basis
