The Role

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients via phone and email. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your role will be to ensure that their journey with arenaflex is smooth and enjoyable. You will be working with a variety of clients, including those in the travel industry, and will be responsible for providing accurate information about new bookings, rebookings, and cancellation options for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about new bookings, rebookings, and cancellation options for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more
  • Find solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide the best possible service to our clients

Requirements

* Fluency in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian (C1 level) and a good command of English (B2 level)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the travel industry
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
