The Role We are seeking a Director (Senior Associate- level) to join our Human Resources retained executive search practice. Directors typically have a primary and secondary practice. The HR Practice would be your major, and an industry or other functional practice would be your minor. This is a high-accountability role for an experienced executive search professional who wants to own the research strategy and lead first-round executive assessment across complex, enterprise-level searches. You will: · Own research and market mapping strategy across multiple retained searches · Conduct first-round executive interviews and lead the majority of first-stage assessments · Exercise strong judgment in candidate calibration and advancement decisions · Play an active role in client update calls, presenting market insights and candidate recommendations · Mentor Associates and Associate Directors · Maintain high standards of quality, rigor, and execution Directors typically manage six concurrent searches and deliver approximately 14+ searches annually. Our HR Practice focuses on senior HR leadership roles — including CHRO, CPO, Chief Talent Officer, SVP Total Rewards, and Head of Talent Acquisition — primarily within large, complex, and Fortune 500 organizations.
