Marketing and Sales Operations Specialist

Position Summary: The Marketing and Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting marketing and sales strategies to build Healthmap’s brand and drive growth. This person will work closely with the Chief Growth Officer and Manager of Marketing and Sales Operations, as well as other department leaders and executive team members. They will be a key Growth Team member and will assist with lead generation, client communications, promotional activities, internal marketing/communication requests, and development of sales and marketing collateral. Responsibilities: Collaborate cross-functionally to develop slide decks and other deliverables for sales proposals Maintain up-to-date contact lists for marketing and sales emails Develop engaging and visually appealing sales presentations with the sales representatives for their use with client and prospect work Work with the Chief Growth Officer to improve, develop, and document sales policies, processes, procedures, and tools that maintain the accuracy and integrity of sales data Support and fulfill requests from internal departments for new communication materials, such as slide decks, letters, member/provider brochures, or other branded documents Collaborate with vendors to order company promo items/swag for trade shows, team meetings, etc. Write copy for use in blogs, marketing emails, press releases, and other marketing materials Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, Communications, or related field required 2 years of marketing or sales support experience required Experience in the healthcare industry preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Proficiency in Salesforce preferred Proficiency in HubSpot preferred Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite preferred Perferably located in EST/CST timezone Skills: Driven, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Excellent listening, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to think creatively and innovatively. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. Demonstrated ability to develop business relationships across all levels of an organization, including senior executives, both internally and externally Travel: Limited Travel, scheduled per needs of the business #LI-REMOTE Apply To This Job
