Job Description:

As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients across the United States. This will involve:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing product and service information to customers
  • Escalating complex issues to senior representatives or management as needed
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues

Schedule:

As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to create a schedule that works best for you. While the majority of work hours will be during weekdays and daytime, we understand that flexibility is essential for many of our contractors. We offer a range of flexible work schedule options, including:

  • Part-time and full-time schedules
  • Flexible hours to accommodate your needs
  • Opportunities to work on a variety of projects and clients

Earnings & Revenue:

As an independent contractor, you will be paid on an hourly basis, with rates ranging from $14 to $20 per hour. Your pay will be determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, and you will have opportunities to earn additional incentives based on client and performance metrics.

Technology & Equipment Requirements:

To ensure seamless connectivity and clear communication, you will need to meet the following technology and equipment requirements:

  • A quiet and secure work environment during working hours
  • A personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
  • A wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
  • High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity
  • Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
  • Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
  • A smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad is required for program work, along with an authentication app
  • Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system must be used (some clients will accept an AppleOS)

Work Environment Requirements:

To ensure that you can provide exceptional customer service, you will need to meet the following work environment requirements:

  • A quiet, uninterrupted space
  • An organized desk area

Important Information:

* We are currently unable to work with contractors residing in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Maine, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC.

  • Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check.
  • We are able to work with contractors residing in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, South Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, and Puerto Rico.

Contractual Relationship:

The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
