Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping our members navigate their healthcare plans. You'll be the first point of contact for our members, providing them with accurate information, resolving their concerns, and offering personalized support. Your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will make a significant impact on our members' lives, and you'll have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound calls from members, providing accurate information and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Answer questions about medication coverage, prescription benefits, and mail-order prescriptions, ensuring that members have a clear understanding of their benefits and options
  • Utilize your knowledge and skills to offer solutions that improve our members' healthcare experiences, while also promoting arenaflex's products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional service to our members
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring that you're equipped to handle the evolving needs of our members

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as a call center, retail, or hospitality industry
  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate's degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience in a healthcare or insurance-related field
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
