About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries, concerns, and issues. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer feels valued, heard, and supported. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, while also promoting arenaflex's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that every customer feels valued and supported
  • Utilize arenaflex's CRM system to track customer interactions and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate information to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

+ A minimum of one year of experience working in a customer service-related field + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously + Proficiency with computer skills, including internet browser, email, and ability to learn new software + Ability to handle private and confidential information + A work ethic that demonstrates dependability and a commitment to excellence

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Work experience in a call center environment + Good conflict resolution skills and ability to de-escalate customer complaints

Schedule:

We currently have the following full-time shifts available:

  • Tuesday through Saturday from 1 pm to 9 pm
  • Sunday through Thursday from 1 pm to 9 pm

Location:

This is a work-from-home position, and you will be required to work from your primary residence located in an arenaflex service area.
