Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Chat Agent (remote). As a key member of our customer engagement team, you'll be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and empathetic responses to customer inquiries via live chat and text messaging. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat/text messages in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide thoughtful, grammatically correct, and engaging responses that meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Identify and report system errors or anomalies to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including ERA (Escalation Rate Average) and conversation volume targets
  • Operate within multiple software platforms, including our proprietary CRM system
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Education & Skills Required

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service, business) preferred

  • Strong knowledge of the automobile industry, including makes and models of vehicles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles and tone
  • High-speed internet access required for remote work
  • Proficiency in multiple software platforms, including CRM systems and chat/text messaging tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Work Schedule

As a remote Chat Agent, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. Our standard work schedule is as follows:

  • Monday (OFF), Tuesday (OFF), Wednesday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Thursday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Friday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Saturday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF)
  • OR
  • Monday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Tuesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Wednesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Thursday (OFF), Friday (OFF), Saturday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF)
