Job Overview

As an e-File Specialist at arenaflex, you'll work closely with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues, and meet common goals. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email
  • Participating in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and process
  • Investigating discrepancies as they arise
  • Completing additional projects as assigned

  • Complete additional projects as assigned
  • Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to achieve common goals
  • Develop and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Qualifications

* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus

  • Tech experience is strongly preferred
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Desire and ability to be a team player
  • Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word

* Experience working in a data entry or administrative role

  • Familiarity with online platforms and tools
  • Basic knowledge of the legal industry and filing processes
  • Experience with document management systems
  • Certification in data entry or a related field

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
