Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Project Manager to join our team in High Point, NC. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for managing customer relationships, resolving issues, and driving project success. If you have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, experience in the furniture industry, and a passion for project management, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Project Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meeting personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; following up to ensure resolution
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
  • Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Taking the extra mile to engage customers

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • A track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with PM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school degree
  • Hospitality Industry Experience
  • QuickBooks experience preferred
