The Role

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our team's administrative functions. Key Responsibilities

* Data entry and management: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and secure.

  • Scheduling and appointment management: Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events with our team members and external stakeholders.
  • Project management: Assist with special projects related to our family of companies, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Financial management: Process payments, manage expenses, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Organizational duties: Provide administrative support to our team, including tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Communication management: Handle all incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and messages.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, communications) is an asset.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
