  • Ensure all content reinforces rtCamp as a premium WordPress engineering partner trusted by global enterprises.
  • Content Strategy, Planning & Editorial Leadership:
  • Plan content across TOFU–MOFU–BOFU based on SEO opportunities, competitive insights, and buyer pain points.
  • Build and own the editorial calendar for WordPress-focused content (technical blogs, case studies, migration guides, performance pieces, growth engineering content, etc.).
  • Create detailed outlines for writers and ensure drafts adhere to SEO + editorial guidelines.
  • Review and refine content before publishing - ensuring clarity, accuracy, and strategic alignment.
  • SEO-Driven Content Growth:

  • Continuously optimize existing content to improve rankings, authority, and conversions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration (Sales, Delivery, Client Teams):
  • Work with sales and client delivery teams to understand key buyer conversations, objections, and narratives that influence enterprise decisions.
  • Convert these insights into content topics, messaging angles, and editorial priorities.
  • Support sales with well-positioned content that reduces friction in the buying journey.
  • Editorial Governance & Quality Control:
  • Define and implement writing guidelines for WordPress-first content.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, accuracy, and quality across all writers and contributors.
  • Guide, mentor, and review work from writers, publishers and designers.

  • Strong experience writing and editing technical content—performance, security, engineering workflows, platform architecture, migrations, DevOps, etc.
  • Ability to build SEO-aligned content plans and achieve measurable keyword + traffic goals.
  • Proven experience collaborating with SEO, sales, engineering, and delivery teams.
  • Exceptional writing and editing capabilities.

  • Understands North American market.
  • Understanding of enterprise search behavior and ICP-specific pain points.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools like GSC, GA4, Looker Studio.
