We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support book launches, email marketing, and promotional campaigns for a growing author brand. This role is perfect for someone who understands the indie publishing space, is detail-oriented, and can confidently manage tools like MailerLite, BookFunnel, and BookClicker to drive reader engagement and book sales.
Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing (MailerLite) Set up and manage email automations (welcome sequences, nurture campaigns, launch emails) Format and schedule newsletters and promotional emails Segment email lists for targeted campaigns Monitor performance (open rates, click rates) and suggest improvements Maintain list hygiene and ensure compliance (unsubscribe links, spam rules) Book Delivery & Reader Funnel (BookFunnel) Upload and manage lead magnets and reader magnets Set up BookFunnel landing pages and download pages Integrate BookFunnel with MailerLite Troubleshoot delivery issues for readers Manage ARC distribution and reader follow-ups Promotions & Paid Campaigns (BookClicker) Set up and manage BookClicker ad campaigns Track performance and optimize campaigns Coordinate promotional swaps and email promos Identify opportunities for scaling successful campaigns Book Launch Support Execute launch plans (email blasts, promo scheduling, follow-ups) Coordinate ARC teams and review strategies Assist with Amazon listing optimization (keywords, categories) Track launch performance metrics Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
