Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in helping our clients navigate their healthcare plans and make informed decisions about their care. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs, provide personalized support, and offer solutions that meet their unique circumstances. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to client inquiries about medication coverage, prescription benefits, and mail-order prescriptions

  • Provide personalized support and guidance to clients to help them better understand their healthcare plans and options
  • Collaborate with clients to resolve issues and concerns, and offer solutions that meet their unique needs
  • Work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of client care
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on healthcare trends and best practices
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Essential Qualifications

* 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as a call center, retail, or hospitality industry

  • PC proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Partners degree or equivalent experience

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry and terminology a plus
