Responsibilities

As a Remote Sales Representative/Customer Service professional, you'll be responsible for:

  • Fostering teamwork: Collaborate with and support your teammates with a positive and professional attitude, ensuring seamless communication and a cohesive team effort.
  • Surprising and delighting each client: Innovate and consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that every client feels valued and appreciated.
  • Responding to client requests and questions: Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Applying for payments and sending out payment reminders: Manage client payments and send reminders to ensure timely payment processing.
  • Managing flight changes and seat assignments: Coordinate flight changes and seat assignments with airlines and clients, ensuring smooth travel arrangements.
  • Concierge-related details: Arrange spa, touring, and dinner reservations for clients, as well as notify hotels of client preferences.
  • Corresponding with clients on preferences: Assist clients with arranging surprises and welcome notes, and notify hotels of client preferences.
  • Preparing client documents and travel tips: Create and distribute client documents and travel tips, either electronically or in hard copy, to ensure clients are well-prepared for their trips.
  • Updating daily activity, reporting, and status in cloud-based CRM: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, activities, and status in our cloud-based CRM system.
  • Setting schedules and managing time effectively: Prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and set schedules to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
  • Managing client profiles and bookings: Update and maintain accurate client profiles and bookings, ensuring seamless travel arrangements.
  • Serving as backup travel support/main point of contact: Provide emergency support and serve as the primary point of contact for clients in case of travel-related emergencies.
