Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Engineer on our arenaflex Redshift Service team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Working closely with our largest and most important customers to identify and resolve complex technical issues
  • Collaborating with our pre-sales team to onboard large-scale customers and ensure a seamless onboarding experience
  • Automating repetitive processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors
  • Communicating roadmaps and technical information to customers in a clear and concise manner
  • Developing a deep understanding of our systems architecture and customer use cases and configurations
  • Helping to prioritize features and requirements based on customer feedback and business needs
  • Providing technical guidance and support to customers through various channels, including email, phone, and in-person meetings
  • Identifying and escalating operational issues to ensure timely resolution and minimize downtime
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in data analytics and cloud computing to provide expert advice and guidance to customers

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, preferably in a data analytics or cloud computing environment
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with data warehousing, cloud computing, and database management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Experience with automation tools and scripting languages, such as Python or PowerShell
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Experience with arenaflex Redshift Service or similar data warehousing solutions
  • Knowledge of data modeling, data governance, and data security best practices
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS or Azure
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins or Docker
  • Certification in data analytics, cloud computing, or a related field
