The Role

As an Entry-Level Live Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer support through live chat, responding to queries and concerns from our clients' website visitors. This is an entry-level position, ideal for those new to the live chat support field, and we provide comprehensive training to ensure you have all the tools you need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through live chat, using pre-written template answers and adapting them to suit various questions

  • Utilize a friendly and approachable demeanor to build rapport with customers and provide a positive experience
  • Work collaboratively with our team to resolve customer issues and provide solutions

Requirements:
