Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Coordinator to join our team and provide administrative support and data management services. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proficiency with data entry software, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. As a Data Entry Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate data records, ensuring data integrity, and providing administrative support as needed.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Coordinator, you'll be responsible for the following key duties:

  • Entering customer and account data from source documents
  • Entering new SKUs and pricing in the system
  • Verifying the accuracy of data by cross-referencing with source material
  • Uploading documents/backup records in the Salesforce system
  • Monitoring aging of accounts receivable, preparing invoices, and facilitating the collection process
  • Reconciling Purchase Orders
  • Conducting a hard count of product labels on a weekly basis
  • Providing administrative support, including answering phones, filing, and handling correspondence

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Proficiency with data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access)
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of related experience

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
