Job Summary

As a Sales Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in driving sales and ensuring a seamless customer experience across multiple platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to web inquiries through chat, engaging with customers in SMS sales conversations, and managing email correspondence. You'll also be responsible for actively participating in responding to social media posts, enhancing our online presence and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to web inquiries through chat, providing timely and accurate information to customers

  • Engage with customers in SMS sales conversations, building rapport and driving sales
  • Manage email correspondence, ensuring prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries
  • Participate in responding to social media posts, enhancing our online presence and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to support various administrative tasks, including data entry and reporting
  • Provide phone sales assistance, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Support the sales team in achieving collective success and fostering a positive work environment
