We drive strategic partnerships with key stakeholders such as Operations, RME, ACES, Supply Chain, Transportation, WW Design, and more to ensure we deliver products that meet the needs of our customers.

Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer – Virtual & Simulation Testing to join our MSP team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing virtual platforms to allow solutions to be tested and verified through simulations and emulations with a high degree of fidelity. You'll partner with Product Teams, QA Manual Testing and Requirements Team, and internal Customers to ensure new Solutions meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Develops, implements, simulations, and Hardware In the Loop (HIL) to virtually validate end-to-end solutions, with real-life software

  • Virtually ensures that products meet required specifications for quality, function, operation, reliability, maintenance, training & learning, deployment, process- and MHE- integration, service and support prior to delivery
  • Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products
  • Communicates quality standards and parameters to the product team to include hardware, software, controls, and materials development teams
  • Coordinates simulations and testing processes
  • Identifies and analyzes issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues
  • Connects with internal customers (Operations, RME, ACES, PE, OpsEng, WWDE, etc.), reviews client, customer, and user feedback
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree (BS)

  • 5+ years proven experience working with large cross-functional engineering teams with modelling, simulation, testing, integration, and/or quality assurance domain expertise
  • Proven experience in fulfillment systems with storage equipment, material handling systems, automated sortation system, and related automation equipment
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel up to 70% to business locations and project sites

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with complex automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, and systems including robotics, and high-speed manufacturing

  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, operations, and management
  • Project managing skills to start projects and finish projects successfully
