Experienced Social Media Sales Specialist – Latin America Region

The Role
As a Social Media Sales Specialist, you'll be part of our highly skilled client success team, working closely with our clients to start authentic conversations that lead to selling coaching programs through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. Your primary goal will be to sell coaching programs for one of our clients, a Business Coach, by speaking as them on their social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Start new conversations with potential clients (2 hours/day)
- Follow up with existing leads and clients (2 hours/day)
- Grow your social media presence and engage with your audience (2 hours/day)
- Reply to active leads and close sales (1.5 hours/day)
- Manage and communicate with your team daily (30 minutes/day)
Qualifications and Skills
* Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English
- Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection
- Full-time availability (8 hours/day, 2 hours on weekends)
- Located in any country in Latin America or Brazil
- High interest and commitment to learning, making money, and working with trial and error
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn

Compensation and Benefits
* Fixed payment plus opportunities to grow according to performance and development
- Training Stage: $150-$300
- Average Performance Level: $600-$1,200/month
- Good Performance Level: $1,200-$2,000/month
- Excellent Performance Level: $2,000-$3,000+/month
