The Role

As an Entry-Level Chat Support Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers through our online chat system. You'll be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to our clients. With full training provided, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and grow with our company.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries through our online chat system

  • Use provided templates to answer common questions and resolve issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our clients
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve complex issues and provide solutions
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time and resolution rates

Essential Qualifications

* Moderate English skills, with the ability to type accurately and efficiently

  • Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop, phone, or tablet
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer skills, including typing and navigation

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, either in-person or online

  • Familiarity with online chat systems and customer service software
  • Strong typing skills, with the ability to type at least 40 words per minute
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
