The Role

Key Responsibilities

- Use provided templates to answer common questions and resolve issues

- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time and resolution rates
Essential Qualifications
* Moderate English skills, with the ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop, phone, or tablet
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills, including typing and navigation
Preferred Qualifications
