About the Role

We are looking for a customer-focused and tech-savvy Call/Chat Representative to join our remote customer support team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide professional assistance to customers through both voice and chat channels. Qualifications

  • Proficiency in customer service software, CRM systems, and remote communication tools.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home workspace.
