Driven by our mission to protect, manage and automate every workload, we’ve built the industry’s only all-in-one solution. The Senior Director of EMEA Marketing will lead regional field marketing strategy and execution across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving pipeline, revenue impact, and brand presence across the region through close partnership with sales leadership. Reporting directly to the CMO, this role will own the development and execution of the EMEA marketing strategy, leading a high-performing team focused on scalable demand generation, account-based marketing, thought leadership, partner programs, and customer experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the regional marketing function and make a measurable impact in a high-growth, global organization.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Own and execute the EMEA marketing strategy, aligning regional and sub-regional plans to global priorities and sales targets
  • Partner closely with EMEA sales leadership to drive pipeline, revenue, and market impact
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing regional field marketing team across multiple countries and operating models
  • Drive scalable demand generation programs, including targeted account marketing, regional campaigns, and local execution
  • Lead regional thought leadership and third-party programs to increase awareness and engagement with key decision-maker audiences
  • Leverage data and insights (e.g., Salesforce, intent data, marketing analytics) to guide targeting, prioritization, and optimization across the buyer journey
  • Design and execute impactful customer experiences and events that drive engagement, advocacy, and action
  • Deliver regionally aligned channel and alliance marketing programs in partnership with channel sales and marketing teams
  • Support the development of customer stories, use cases, and advocacy programs that highlight Acronis’ value and differentiation
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to deliver a consistent, high-quality Acronis experience for customers and partners
  • Leverage AI, automation, and data-driven technologies to improve marketing efficiency, scalability, and impact across demand generation, campaign execution, and performance optimization

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 8–10+ years of marketing experience within a technology and/or SaaS company, ideally in a high-growth, B2B environment
  • Proven success leading regional or field marketing teams with clear revenue and pipeline impact
  • Strong experience partnering with sales leadership in a matrixed organization
  • Demonstrated ability to drive demand generation, account-based marketing, and regional campaigns at scale
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using Salesforce, Marketo, and broader MarTech ecosystems
  • Experience leveraging AI, automation, or advanced analytics to drive marketing efficiency, scale, and measurable business outcomes
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Highly organized with strong project and program management capabilities
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred)
  • Willingness to travel within the region up to ~30%
