Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Business Intelligence & Analytics team. As a Senior Technology Analyst, you will be responsible for creating innovative solutions and tools that drive business growth and success. You will work closely with other teams to provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to senior leaders, including the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Vice Presidents.
Key Responsibilities
* Apply advanced data analysis and business process skills to solve complex problems and drive business growth
- Collaborate with other teams to provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to senior leaders
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop and maintain complex data models and reports using tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, and Tableau
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns, and develop recommendations for business improvement
- Communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders, including senior leaders and business partners
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to drive business growth and success
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
- Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques, including Alteryx, Power BI, and Tableau
- Strong business acumen and understanding of business processes and operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and business partners
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive change
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
- Advanced knowledge of programming languages, including Python, R, and SQL
- Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau and Power BI
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure
- Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
