Job Description We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service/Sales Representative to work part-time from home. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for guiding customers through their orders, communicating with them via phone, email, and chat, and providing knowledgeable answers to their questions about our products, pricing, and availability. You'll also work closely with internal departments to meet our customers' needs, resolve product returns, shipping inquiries, and order status questions, and submit quotes for high-quantity orders and custom items. Available Shifts We're offering a part-time schedule of 15-20 hours per week, with the flexibility to work from home. You'll be provided with a phone, and you'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive salary of $300 per week, plus commission.
