Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist – Job Application Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Search for job openings on high-quality job boards such as Indeed, LinkedIn, BuiltIn, and others, using specific job titles provided by arenaflex
  • Paste the URL for the job and provide other relevant details (location, pay, company name, etc.) in a shared Google Sheet
  • Apply for positions using arenaflex's email address, resume information, and answer any other Q&A using the provided information
  • Provide the date and time of submitting each application in the shared Google Sheet

Performance Metrics and Compensation

arenaflex is committed to rewarding high-performing team members. Your compensation will be based on your throughput, with the following rates:

  • $30 per hour for submitting 3 or more relevant job applications per hour
  • $40 per hour for submitting 4 or more relevant job applications per hour

All payments will be made within 24 hours of time entry into the shared Google Sheet.
