Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in North Brunswick, NJ. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, managing accounts to ensure client satisfaction, and meeting business growth targets. The role includes lead generation, performance analysis, and fostering communication between internal teams to deliver high-quality service to clients.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong understanding of Business and Account Management principles
  • Excellent verbal and written Communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proficiency in strategic planning and market analysis
  • Ability to work in an on-site environment and align closely with internal and external stakeholders
  • Prior experience in IT professional services or workforce solutions is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
