Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to our customers. Your duties will include:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Communicating with customers through online portals and systems, including email, chat, and phone
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Serving as a product expert to support customer needs and provide solutions to their problems
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests in a timely and accurate manner
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary to ensure seamless customer support
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support
  • Providing amazing customer service!

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
  • Working knowledge of various online communication tools used in e-commerce businesses and SaaS platforms
  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Support
  • Experience in handling E-commerce/Saas businesses is a plus
  • Experience working remotely is a plus
  • Experience handling customer support needs of US/UK clients
  • Great problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Open to working in shifts
  • Conducive remote working environment
  • Stable internet connection, hardware, and power - with backups in case of outages
  • Amazing personality!
