Job Summary:

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately inputting data into arenaflex systems and databases from various sources, verifying the accuracy of data before it's entered, and collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure data consistency and integrity.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to data entry requests and inquiries

  • Identify and correct data entry errors
  • Generate reports and perform data analysis as required
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of data

Key Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position
  • Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with data entry software and tools
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
