Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative to join our team in our beautiful Miami office near Edgewater. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients via phone, live remote support chat sessions, and email. Your primary goal will be to resolve product or service issues efficiently, ensuring our clients receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inbound calls and live remote support chat sessions with empathy, patience, and composure under pressure.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues, identifying and resolving problems quickly and effectively.
  • Log all relevant details regarding client interactions and services rendered using our ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
  • Work on special projects as assigned by management, contributing to the growth and development of our customer support team.
  • Stay up-to-date on all products and services offered to clients, ensuring accurate and informed support.
  • Participate in team efforts to resolve client issues efficiently and maintain a high level of customer service.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure effective issue resolution.
  • Answer queries initiated through the company website and route requests through proper channels to assist in generating sales.
  • Work a flexible schedule, including occasional overtime when necessary.

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
  • A+ Certification.
  • Ability to perform effectively under stress in a high call volume environment.
  • Strong technical skills, including troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to type 40 wpm.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in different shifts (40 hours a week).
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to excellence.
