About the Role
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be working from home and interacting with customers via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, resolving routine problems and questions, and maintaining a broad knowledge of our clients' products and services. If you're a quick learner, a team player, and a passionate advocate for customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language
* Help customers resolve basic technical issues
* Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
* Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, such as: smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables
* Offer additional products and/or services
* Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile
Essential Qualifications
* Fluency in French and English
* 1 year of customer service experience
* High school diploma or GED
* Quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
* Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
* Eagerness to learn new technologies
* Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
* High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
Preferred Qualifications
* Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Knowledge of industry-specific products and services
* Certification in customer service or a related field
