Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our team and help us deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and helping customers resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering and managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a professional and courteous manner
  • Providing accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members when necessary
  • Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality in our customer interactions
  • Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, while maintaining a customer-focused approach to every interaction
  • Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes in a secure and efficient manner
  • Upselling and cross-selling products and services to customers when opportunities arise
  • Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and ensure timely resolution
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers over the phone, via email, and through other communication platforms
  • Basic computer skills and experience, including proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a clear and concise manner
  • Customer-focused approach to every interaction, with a commitment to delivering positive customer experiences and resolutions

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset in this role:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Fluency in multiple languages
