What you will do: Providing world-class service to the agents in our virtual environment and assisting the agents with questions through our in the world ticketing system, multi-queue phone system, and agent support CRM. Helping to direct agents to where they need to go for help in different areas of our company. How you will make an impact:

  • Frontline support for the ticket system in the world and agent support CRM.
  • Knowledge of the joining application, onboarding process, Agent Programs, and overall knowledge of all eXp tools, platforms, and resources.
  • Provide world-class service to the agents
  • Answer inquiries in live chat and email
  • Provide resources and respond to agent inquiries via multi queue phone system
  • Other duties as assigned

How you will grab our attention:

  • High school Diploma/GED required
  • Real Estate experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Suite
  • Real Estate experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
  • Problem Solving Skills
  • 2+ years in the Customer Service industry
