Position Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our remote team, providing exceptional support to our customers via chat and email. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries, collaborating with colleagues to improve processes, and promoting a positive attitude to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Essential Job Functions

* Handle and respond to a high volume of inbound customer inquiries via chat and email with professionalism and accuracy.

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve customer service processes and efficiency.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex's products and services to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers.
  • Create, add, edit, and troubleshoot within client systems, ensuring accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.
  • Maintain and promote a positive attitude, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting individual and team productivity goals.
  • Upsell relevant products and services based on customers' needs and preferences during interactions.

Qualifications

* 1+ years relevant work experience in customer service or a related field.

  • Amazing customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing in English.
  • 18+ years old to apply.
