Job Summary

We're seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Part-Time Live Chat Agents. As a Live Chat Agent, you'll engage with customers through our online chat platform, assisting them with inquiries related to flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and general travel information. This remote position offers flexible work hours, allowing you to balance your personal commitments while providing exceptional customer support.

Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via live chat
