Job Description

As a Virtual Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat support. You'll resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner, maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, and stay updated with arenaflex's products, services, and policies. You'll also collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction and identify and escalate issues requiring further assistance.
