Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: • Processing Product Complaints: Effectively process product complaints through various communication channels, ensuring timely and courteous resolution. • Investigating Complaints: Maintain a positive experience while investigating complaints, accurately updating databases with pertinent details and product information. • Escalating Issues: Escalate issues based on severity to appropriate levels as needed, ensuring confidentiality of caller and proprietary information. • Database Management: Accurately update databases with pertinent details and product information, maintaining the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, ensuring seamless resolution of issues and exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need: • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a strong emphasis on customer service and communication skills. • Customer Service Experience: At least 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of resolving issues and providing exceptional customer experiences. • Problem-Solving and Organizational Skills: Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. • Hybrid Work Schedule: Ability to work a hybrid work schedule, comprising weekly office and remote requirements, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances. • Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality of caller and proprietary information, adhering to procedures set forth for handling complaints.
