Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Concierge, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing unparalleled support to our esteemed Card Members visiting the American Express Centurion Parlor. You will be part of a dynamic team, working together to deliver exceptional customer experiences, exceeding expectations, and building lasting relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and welcoming Card Members upon arrival
• Providing personalized assistance, addressing their needs, and resolving any issues or concerns
• Offering creative solutions to meet their requirements, ensuring their loyalty and satisfaction
• Utilizing the Client First mindset to address their needs and expectations
• Providing travel and lifestyle recommendations
• Collaborating with our food and beverage partners to meet the needs of our Card Members
• Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, requiring adaptability and flexibility

Capabilities and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

• Carrier, parlor, or travel industry experience (travel reservation experience an asset)
• Passion for delivering proactive solutions to customers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring a pleasant experience for every interaction
• Ability to listen attentively to customers' needs, proposing suggestions that lead to high customer satisfaction
• Demonstrated impressive skills and a positive attitude in all interactions
• Capacity to work collaboratively with your team, as the parlor is a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Ability to make quick, informed decisions, prioritizing the customer experience in unexpected situations
• Creativity and proficiency in using technology while providing support in a face-to-face customer environment
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and be flexible
• Capacity to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with occasional light to moderate lifting required for specific tasks
