Experienced Social Media Sales Specialist – Latin America Region

The Role
As a Social Media Sales Specialist, you'll be part of our elite team of Chat Assassins, working with a highly skilled client success team to start authentic conversations that lead to selling coaching programs through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. You'll be working with our clients, Business Coaches, to speak on their behalf on their social media platforms, building relationships, and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities
* Starting new conversations with potential clients (2 hours/day)
- Follow-ups with existing leads (2 hours/day)
- Organic account growth and management (2 hours/day)
- Replying to active leads and closing sales (1.5 hours/day)
- Daily communication and management tasks (30 minutes/day)
Essential Qualifications
* Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English
- Full-time availability (8 hours/day, 2 hours on weekends)
- Stable internet connection and a fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone
- Located in any country in Latin America or Brazil
- High interest and commitment to learning, making money, working with trial and error, and being challenged daily
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience working from home or in sales
- Strong problem-solving skills and creativity
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for social media and online marketing
Skills and Competencies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and tools

* Fixed payment plus opportunities to grow according to performance and development: + Training Stage: $150-$300 + Average Performance Level: $600-$1,200/month + Good Performance Level: $1,200-$2,000/month + Excellent Performance Level: $2,000-$3,000+/month
