Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Transferring Confidential Data: Transfer confidential data from paper and/or electronic formats into billing software (Timeslips) using a keyboard, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Typing and Verification: Type in data provided directly from staff and verify data by comparison/generating reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Organizing Paperwork: Sort and organize paperwork (electronic and hard copy) following data entry, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
  • Prior Work Experience: Prior work experience in data entry is essential, with a preferred background in a medical, legal, or insurance claims office.
  • Typing Proficiency: A typing proficiency of at least 45 wpm accuracy, with no errors, is preferred.
  • Understanding of Medical Facilities: Some understanding of the internal processes of medical facilities and med-legal terminology is required.
