Real Estate Media Intern

We move at the speed of the market, and our audience expects nothing less. The Role This position is unpaid and does not include college credit. What it does include is something harder to find: direct, daily exposure to the brokers, developers, and capital markets professionals who define the industry.
What You'll Do
Research & Editorial Assist in sourcing and verifying daily real estate updates across financing, development, capital markets, and brokerage activity. Monitor news feeds and public filings to flag breaking stories for the editorial team. Help draft short-form news summaries, captions, and headlines for social and digital audiences. Support coverage of major transactions, groundbreakings, brokerage data releases, and developer features in Traded's signature Traded Takeaways format. Content Support Assist in scheduling and publishing content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and X. Help maintain editorial accuracy and brand consistency across posts, captions, and stories. Learn and apply Traded's editorial standards under direct mentorship from the content team. Research & Operations Assist with performance tracking and content reporting. Help build and maintain databases of market contacts, deal trackers, and story leads. Support newsletters, special reports, and event coverage as needed.
What We're Looking For
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in journalism, communications, real estate, finance, economics, or a related field. Strong writing instincts and a genuine interest in commercial real estate and business news. Ability to work quickly, stay organized, and follow through without hand-holding. Familiarity with Canva, Google Sheets, and social media platforms. Based in Miami, Florida. This is a full-time, on-site internship.
