Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team, providing technical support and maintenance services for our soft drink dispensing equipment. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our equipment, troubleshooting issues, and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading beverage company, develop your technical skills, and contribute to the success of arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink dispensing equipment, adhering to arenaflex's quality standards and procedures.

  • Investigate and diagnose issues with pop fountain equipment, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
  • Transport equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventive maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and expertise, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Essential Qualifications

* Secondary School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate

  • Valid driver's license
  • Technical aptitude and willingness to learn and troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering, electronics, or computer science)

  • Previous experience in a technical support or maintenance role, preferably in the beverage industry
  • Familiarity with soft drink dispensing equipment and related technologies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
