Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Processing incoming healthcare claim forms and digitalizing them in a form provided by arenaflex
• Inputting claim details with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Providing production services such as data-entry, document processing, and scanning
• Receiving documents via mainframe or web-based applications
• Adhering to confidentiality requirements and laws to ensure information is disseminated only to authorized individuals
• Quickly adapting to business rule changes
• Providing support to other business operations in cases of heavy workloads or absences

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Data entry experience in a fast-paced environment

Requirements
