Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our data management team, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing patient data, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Job Responsibilities

  • Accurately and efficiently process patient data, including demographic information, medical history, and treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and arenaflex's data management policies.
  • Develop and implement data entry processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues and ensure seamless data flow.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance data management processes and patient care.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including patients, healthcare providers, and arenaflex staff.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and arenaflex's data management policies and procedures.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration, data management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in data entry, data management, or a related field.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and data management software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.

Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Experience working in a healthcare setting.
  • Knowledge of electronic health records (EHRs) and data management systems.
  • Certification in data management or a related field.
  • Experience with data analytics and reporting.
  • Fluency in multiple languages.
