Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers and partners receive exceptional support. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Resolving customer issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Providing support to arenaflex partners, including restaurants and delivery drivers.

  • Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Experience

We're looking for candidates with 1-2 years of experience in a customer support role. Experience working in a remote environment is preferred, but not required.

Working Hours

As a remote employee, you'll have flexible working hours with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Availability to work in multiple time zones is a plus.
