The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with patients, clients, and customers to provide exceptional service and support. Your primary focus will be on communicating the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapies to patients, with the goal of providing overall savings and improving health outcomes. You'll work closely with our Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Communicate the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapies to patients, with a focus on providing overall savings and improving health outcomes

  • Work closely with the Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications
  • Conduct adherence outreach efforts to ensure patients are staying on their medications and remaining adherent and compliant to their therapies
  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls to patients, clients, and other customers, while proactively gathering patient and order information
  • Provide customer education and routine assessment and problem identification, with appropriate escalation to a pharmacist
  • Maintain a working knowledge of insurance, healthcare, and reimbursement-related requirements for dispensing and processing new referrals

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ years of customer service experience handling and resolving customer needs over the phone

  • 6+ months of high-volume customer service experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another similar application
  • Must reside in the state of Nevada
  • Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting

  • Knowledge of insurance, healthcare, and reimbursement-related requirements for dispensing and processing new referrals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, clients, and colleagues
