Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data into our systems, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all tasks. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll work closely with our team to ensure timely completion of tasks and adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data security and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify accuracy of data input and correct any errors.
  • Organize and maintain electronic files and documents.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Essential Qualifications

* Ability to type 40+ words per minute consistently.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Basic understanding of databases.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of U.S. geography.
  • Written and oral understanding of the English language.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday.
  • High school degree or equivalent.

* Previous experience in data entry or related field preferred but not required.

  • Strong typing and data entry skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
