Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Customer Service Specialists to join our remote team, providing exceptional support to our clients through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels from clients, providing accurate and timely information to resolve their inquiries

  • Utilize various databases and written materials to look up and provide information to telephone inquiries
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional support
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including calls, emails, and other communication
  • Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* High School diploma or equivalent required

  • Minimum six (6) months customer service/administrative/call center experience required
  • Must be able to speak English clearly and professionally
  • Bi-lingual candidates will receive priority consideration
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills a must
  • Experience working with a PC and a Windows environment required
  • Ability to effectively work within established contractual turnaround times required
  • Must have demonstrated excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks
  • Proven ability to work as a member of a team is required

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues

  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
