What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling phone calls, emails, and live chat interactions with a smile. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management
  • Following up on complicated customer interactions to ensure resolution
  • Recording details of customer interactions accurately and efficiently
  • Developing rapport with customers through positive and upbeat interactions
  • Offering solutions, not excuses, to resolve customer issues

What We're Looking For

We're seeking confident, self-starters who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you have:

  • Excellent customer service attitude and a strong desire to help others
  • The ability to engage and tailor interactions with each customer, making their experience exceptional
  • A friendly, confident, and self-starter personality
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive and quick troubleshooting skills
  • Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing speed (30 words per minute), and ability to copy/paste and open tabs
  • Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills

Qualifications and Requirements

* 1 year of customer service-related experience (preferred)

  • 1 year of call center experience (preferred)
  • Live in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, or Utah
